Terms of service

These terms govern your use of MyWord, a software service operated by Clingman LLC (doing business as MyWord), a Pennsylvania limited liability company. By creating an account or using MyWord you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any business you connect. Questions: [email protected].

The service

MyWord lets businesses view, prioritize, reply to, hide and delete comments on their own Facebook and Instagram posts and ads, draft replies with optional AI assistance, and invite people who have opted in to take part in the conversation. Features may change, and some depend on Meta permissions, provider approval or plan level.

Your account and connected assets

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you connect. You may connect only Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and ad accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping sign-in access secure. You can disconnect Meta at any time from MyWord’s Integrations page or from your Meta settings.

Acceptable use

You agree to use MyWord in line with applicable law, Meta’s Terms, Platform Terms, Community Standards and Advertising Standards, and the FTC’s guidance on endorsements. In particular you will not:

• use fake, purchased or impersonated accounts, or post comments that misrepresent who wrote them;
• ask anyone to post a review or testimonial about an experience they did not have, or pay for comments without the disclosure the law requires;
• text anyone who has not opted in, or keep messaging someone who replied STOP;
• harass, spam or mislead commenters, or use MyWord to collect people’s information for unrelated purposes;
• attempt to access other workspaces, reverse engineer the service, or overload it.

Participation requests sent through MyWord are optional for the recipient, who decides whether and what to post. We may suspend workspaces that break these rules.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to process it only to provide MyWord, as described in our privacy policy. Data we receive from Meta is used only to provide the features you use, is not sold, and is deleted on request as described in our data deletion instructions.

AI features

AI suggestions and classifications can be wrong. Review replies before you post them. You are responsible for what is published from your accounts.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as shown at sign-up. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and plans renew until cancelled. We will give notice before changing prices for an existing plan.

Third-party services

MyWord depends on Meta, Twilio, OpenAI and other providers. We are not responsible for their availability, policy changes or decisions, including removal of comments or restrictions on your accounts.

Disclaimers and liability

MyWord is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Clingman LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending use

You may stop using MyWord at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to protect the service or others.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; this page shows the current effective date, and continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
